lol, how? If there was one, how would he win? His best chance would be the first fight not the third.

If He had beaten Frazier, Foreman would've beaten Ali when they met. The fight wouldn't have been hyped the way it was and therefore the conditioning + heat wouldn't have effected George. Also, Ali would've underestimated Foreman when they met since when George dominated Frazier it proved to the world just how much of a force he was. Frazier was viewed as virtually invincible until George disposed of him. Without that fight, Foreman's first monster fight would've been against Ali. Ali might've been foolish enough to try to box too much instead of just hide on the since seeing Frazier's fight is what drove home to the public what a force Foreman was.

actually, foreman probably would have fought frazier en route to a title shot against ali, and ali would have been well prepared.

It's mere speculation on both of our parts but I'd be hard pressed to believe Foreman wouldn't have deserved a title shot ASAP. And in the same token, since ALI had the belts he wouldn't have really worked with King to make the no infamous Rumble in the Jungle and this would've only helped Big George.

Maybe if this timeframe happened then George Foreman comes to fight ali as hungry challanger rather than satisfied champ, different venue it's possible then for George to win. Don't forget Ali did have off nights so you could even see George taking the title off Ali.

Ali wins the rematch though and then we could be back into a similar situation to what really happened.

It's well known that Frazier would have won Manila if Ali won FOTC. He would have went to the body like nobody would believe, rather than gone headhunting like he did in the real Manila. This would have caused Ali to not be able to come out for Round 13. Frazier wins by TKO in 12.

I don't think the thrilla in Manila would have happend if Ali won FOTC. TIM was Ali's challenge to Frazier, they had fought each other 2 times before and had won 1 each, Thrilla was meant to be the decider. If Ali won the previous fights their would be no need for Manila.
