    Miguel Cotto Vs Danny Garcia??

I know this should be in fantasy sectioned but really wanted the opinions of the more knowledgeable posters.

I'm posting this thread in a response to the one in NSB of the same title.

I just don't understand hoe people are picking Garcia.

I am a fan of Garcia but this is ridiculous to me!

Cotto is what Garcia tries to be like in my eyes but just doesn't match up.
Some of the people are even questioning Cotto's resume.

Can anyone shine a light on this for me? Is my love for Cotto clouding my judgement?

danny's done more then cotto ever did at 140. his chin isn't anywhere near as shaky's as cotto's was/is also.

also, if it can still happen, it probably doesn't belong here bud.

I think Garcia would stop Cotto, and possibly give him a brutal beating. Cotto was weak at that weight and had a suspect chin and defense. Watch him go life and death with Torres and get rocked in several other fights. Garcia is already more accomplished at 140 and has shown fewer faults.

      Cotto might win at 147.

Cotto has been fighting at 154 and is more likely to move up rather than down at this point in his career. Garcia looks ready to move up to welter, but that isn't 154. If Cotto were to move down to 147 I'd probably pick Garcia, who I would rate higher P4P in 2013. Anything above that and I think Cotto is too strong and experienced right now.
