Tim Witherspoon and George Foreman too. Don King would not allow Iron Mike near these guys.

Yes I agree with most of the initial responses. Most of them just so happened to be green and smaller when Tyson was prime. I too give Bowe best chances at the time Tyson fought Ruddock.

Some man said it before I could.

Tim Witherspoon is the only decent 80's opponent which Tyson didn't face. He beat Smith though who destroyed a lackadaisical version of Tim. I think prime Witherspoon who got ripped off against Holmes would give Tyson good fight!!

George Foreman and Tommy Morrison could have fought Tyson also, there were talks. I don't think post-Ruddock Tyson could have beaten Tommy and I don't think Foreman was fast enough to catch that Tyson.

It was really more of a case of those two not willing to sign with King.

Not tOMMY BUT fOREMAN WOULD HAVE MADE A GREAT FIGHT. Real talk of this happening in the 90s but for what ever reason it never came about.

You're completely out of your mind if u think Morrison even comes close to beating Mike. 1 round blowout and Morrison would be shook before the first bell.

Morrison had already signed with King, and that fight would have definitely happened if Tommy hadn't tested positive for HIV before a tune up fight

I would've liked to see a Damiani fight. He had the tools to make it fun before the inevitable

Tommy and Tyson WAS gonna happen. Later when Tyson became more shot, Tommy was in Tyson's class. Definitely not a prime Tyson of course not.

Tommy UD'd George and performed better against Lewis than Tyson did. And blew out Ruddock. Of course he's competitive with that version of Tyson.
