Frazier!

Since it took a Boxer Like Ali & a Puncher like Foreman to beat Frazier, & I don't think Holyfield compares to either, then I go with Frazier in a tough war for both guys, but Frazier eventually pulls it out, either by TKO or Decision as he did against Ali in the 1st fight.

Almost too difficult to call. Holyfield seems to have handled shorter guys well near to his prime......but if Joe's protege Bert Cooper could have Holyfield in trouble you only have to think what prime Frazier might have done.

Over 12 I'd be happy putting money on the draw.

Over 15 I might shade Frazier by a whisker on points.
