Alot of people say evander but do marciano and joe louis not get mentioned in this catergory? seeing as there the same weight?

Louis & Marciano were Heavyweight Champions of the World!! They don't belong in a marginal class. Both men are ATGs so why insult their heritage in boxing by saying such a thing! There is NO weight limitations to be able to fight at heavyweight!! If a heavyweight weighs 171lbs thats his weight. Ray. -
There is a cruiserweight division only if you have a weight limit. Marciano and Louis never fought with a weight limit, so they weren't in cruiserweight fights. And for many years that limit was 190 lbs, which leaves Louis out of the picture.Originally posted by likeamulekick View Post
