You're shyttin me, right? Instead of climbing up and down in weight classes,Hagler was the middleweight champion for almost 8 years. Not a belt holder, but THE champion. Add a H2H KO win for Hagler and you have the answer. A ton of respect to Hearns, but the obvious answer is Hagler

Hagler was the better fighter and proved it concussively.

Think I agree with UrDazed's rankings for some reason.

Barnburner, you spelt Planck wrong and I am disappointed.

I voted for Hearns believe it or not.

If you're going to bother thinking up a thread and creating a poll for it, at least make it a fair one.

                    Hearns > Hagler
some corrections: Hearns- WW,JMW, MW, LHW BELTHOLDER!
Hagler- MW Undiputed World Champion for almost 8ys (see the difference)

Hearns doesn't get SRLs scalp (KOed by 14, D12) anymore than Hagler does (L12).

H2H, Hagler got the job done (KO 3).

Hagler would have never, ever lost to Iran Barkley, let alone lost to him twice.

Once again, a ton of respect to Hearns, but Hagler is obviously the better fighter
