How good was bummy davis?

He was murdered when he was about 25. He also is on the ring best punchers list. Was he ever ranked? Any more info on him would be great.

Davis was floored in the first round. In round two, Zivic thumbed Davis in the eyes and this caused Bummy to completely lose his temper. He landed at least ten low blows, and was disqualified; then he kicked the referee and attempted to resume the fight with Zivic.
