Graciano Rocchigiani tested positive for drugs?

My mother language is german. The article says that Rocchigiani tested positive for ephedrine and methylephedrine before his WBO Light Heavyweight world title fight against Dariusz Michalczewski on 10th of August 1996. Wilhelm Schänzer from the institute of Biochemistry in Cologne told the german boxing association 3 weeks after the fight that Rocchigiani tested positive but the german boxing association didnt react and didnt ask to test the B sample so it wasnt possible anymore to take Rocchigiani to court cause without the B sample that is not possible. The german boxing association said that the international boxing association is responsible and not they themselves.
The article basically says that the german boxing association covered up everything to avoid a scandal. So Rocchigiani went on to fight John Scully even though he tested positive. Rocchigiani himself denies everything and says its all not true and that he wants to sue everybody...Comment
