Yet another guess the champ

Scott Pemberton went into the ring for a bout early in his career with a case of diarrhea. When he started punching his opponent a little came out.

1. True (any boxer's fear, ask them! But no big deal, it has happened to everyone - them, you and me).
2) And he was involved in a drug scandal.
3) And he was on ESPN.

4) The questionable thing is, the titles he won weren't of any distinguished proportions. Still, they made him a champ in a way.
So, me too try a guess on Pemberton.
