if you boxed yourself you would know this

what the **** do think? that frazier trained with his right eye closed?

and it will effect coordination, thats how we work.

if you closed your right and kept it closed for say a year, you will get used to it, and your coordination would be back to normal. ever heard of adaptation?

When Frazier started to lose vision in his right eye, he was never the same. He started to lose it right before the Jimmy Ellis fight, and from then on, Frazier almost always threw left hooks. He was much better off fighting with both hands, though he was still a magnificient boxer.

i heard something on sportscentury that frazier started to lose right eye vision not long after he began his proffessional debut.

Well yea, but it started to become serious before the Ellis fight. That's about when Frazier relied so much on his left hook.

                    Jeffries, Marciano and Frazier.

                    Sullivan also deserves some recognition.

no frazier was not blind in his right for a number of years, he just couldnt see that well out of it. right before his last fight with ali was when he became legally blind in his right eye
