    He learned to be ambidextrous as a teenager when he first started boxing. He was right handed but, found the southpaw stance more comfortable so could use both.

      I think vs Hearns he didn't have to turn brawler, I think he wanted to. I think Hearns had to pay for all those comments he made leading up to the fight. Most fighters dismiss all that stuff, but Marvin always took it to heart.
