Terrible Terry may not have been one who was great for a long time, guys like McGovern are Comets, that style of fighter burns out, but who cares if they are that good. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think the very little guys have to be considered apart from those above LW, they don't have HW power but the level of reflexes that a BW needs is on another level to the bigger half of the spectrum, hell I've seen BW's so fast that the eye simply doesn't register it all, a bit like trying to remember every joke from a Robin Williams stand up routine. Yep those little blokes are really something when it comes to speed and reflexes. Imagine Eder Jofre fighting a HW with the Melbourne Cricket Ground as his ring........ lol, that would be funny watching a HW trying to nail Jofre while chasing him around the MCG.... lol..... Mike Tyson would never catch him that's for sure,... but I'm not sure how Eder would manage to actually hurt mike.
Jofre weathers the early storm and knocks Mike out in 5.

5 rounds, Jofre toys with Mike as he would do Darcy, for the first 4 Mike does get some hard shots in but nothing to even make Jofre bat an eye lid, he'd beat Mike by shooting his sniper like jabs which would eventually frustrate Mike too the point he'd turn insane, similar to the Chinese water torture, Mike is unable to do a thing.

Mike is completely incapable of hurting Jofre and his titanium-esque beard and Jofre clearly beats him to the punch every single time.

After the 5th round Jofre begins to get bored and with Mike in his zombie like state, Jofre fires of one of his signature uppercuts which catches Tyson so hard his face and arse falls off.

Yeah, I reckon,.... I reckon Eder would win in a "Battle Royal" against Harry Greb, Les Darcy, Marvin Hagler, Muhammad Ali, Joe Louis, Jack Johnson, Joe Gans, Dave Sands, Roberto Duran, Jake LaMotta & MIKE TYSON,...... I'd give those eleven about 5 rounds total in that brawl,..... except for Darcy of course,... he can't be knocked out, but yes, of course Les would lose every round on points (because Darcy would be watching out for Tyson, Ali and Louis too much and he'd have to look down to even notice Eder. ---------------------------------------------- Joffre is way too smart,... he'd let the others kill each other and they would maybe forget about him being there..... LOL... funny posts eh, bro ?

              Eder jofre

At one time, I rated him the best bantamweight. When he won the featherweight title, I
moved to my all time top ten list along with Robinson, Pep, Armstrong. Later, I added Roberto Duran to my top ten list.

Not in terms of bantamweights, because he is the best of all time there no doubt.

But in terms of the ATGs? Definitely overrated. Ive seen people put him in the top 10 p4p all time. Thats shocking.

Fact of the matter is he has no clear wins over HOF fighters, unless you want to count Vincente Saldivar who was way past his prime and had already retired twice beforehand.

and thats not a slight on him, because he was a fantastic fighter. But there have been a lot of fantastic fighters in the history of boxing, and I would rate a fair amount of them over Jofre.
