Both Frazier and ali had great chins. The chin wasn't even a factor in those days because they all had one.

I would have to put Ali and Foreman as 1 and 2 respectively, with honorable mentions to Frazier, Cobb, and Holyfield....

In my opinion the big factor is not only how well you can take a punch, but rather how quickly you can "recover" from a punch, in that regard, I would have to say Ali and Holyfield are at the top...
