    the book Rope Burns

Just picked a copy up and was wondering what the deal was with it. Is it a series of actual stories that happened or is it a series of made up ones?

Made up ones, based on the author's experiences in the game.

I own it, and I love it. Funny thing is that I read the book a few years before "Million Dollar Baby" was released in the theaters....and I distinctly remember thinking it was the weakest story of the bunch. Not that it was bad, but just that the others were better.

Yeah I was looking for "My View from the Corner" by Dundee but came across it and took it out. Read the first two chapters last night and I am defenetly looking forward to the rest. I liked getting a little insight about the craft of being a cutman. Love the guys writing style too.

Anyone know any good books by trainers that have alot about there philosophies on boxing?
