It was sad seeing Ali as a shadow of himself, but strangely I found the fight quite entertaining and competitive. Ali wasn't nearly as bad as he was against Holmes.........

Now Ali vs Holmes was truely painful to watch!

surprised Ali vs. Holmes hasn't been mentioned more. A legend of the sport brutalised despite being so far gone he could barely win a shadow boxing match. All for the benefit of casinos and tv. Not to mention all the idiocy building up to it with ali being given muscle destroying drugs to keep his weight down.

Also this was fairly depressing.

after all, those guys are in their 80's

there's no fifteen year plan for them
