He's ATG for sure, after all he was the only man to beat SRR twice. He beat some other great or elite fighters too...Carmen Basilio, Benny Paret, Spider Webb, Chico Vejar.

paret and basilio were natural welters and srr was washed up

but very good wins nontheless

if i did have him on an atg list he would be somewere near the bottom

Well I have him on my ATG mw list anyway...agree he's not a top 50 ATG.
