um, google, you lazy ****er. Don't get me wrong I can appreciate the interest, but if you do a bit of research on your own you get to form a bit of opinion on your own. I like to drop knowledge as much as the next fella, but c'mon. Simply "educate me" is being lazy. Come back with a specific quarry, and you'll get the full story from one of us.....i'm 1000% sure.

And if O'Brien looks a bit stiff, I'd say it was because he WAS OLD.......... What that film shows is a different side to a guy that people saw in the ring....... News Flash... Greb was human,... he had a sense of humour,.... and that makes me like him more.

I have seen footages of bona fide greats sparring, with older champs and they dont look great either.

By the by McGoorty here is Grantland Rice one of the most influetial writers of the era talking of Greb...he does Say that Ketchel and Greb were the two best middle weights he saw.

        http://news.google.com/newspapers?id...est+ever&hl=en

Its an excellent read for other reasons too.

Poet :- Rice does say here that Gans was the best fighter he saw...more fodder for his P4P ratings..
