I know Floyd hasn't done as much as the others on my list but I've put him there because I think he is probably the best welterweight ever due to preformance...
If you put him up against all the welterweights that ever existed He would surely lose to somebody but I think he would win more than if you put anyone else in that spot if you know what I mean.

First off, Floyd gets beaten by many at Welterweight and secondly he's not 3 all time regardless of how you rate them, unless you're going on defensive ability.
Look into Jack Dempsey and Jack Johnson, you'll realise that they aren't as good as legend might rank them
I would never put JCC that high but, if you rate longelivity, weight class jumps and accomplishments a lot higher than actual resume the maybe I suppose.
