Seldom is Henry Armstrong ommitted from anyone' top 10 P4P list, other than lists compiled by fanboys who include the likes of Tyson and Pacquiao.
However, the recent thread asking for the top 3 at each weight class got me thinking about where Armstrong rates at FW, LW, and WW.
I personally. Think his best work came at Featherweight, and classify him as the greatest featherweight of all time, just above Pep.
I also rank him as the second greatest welterweight of all time, just above SRL.
It is more difficult for me to rank him that highly at 135... does anyone have him in their top 5 lightweights list?
Where do you rank Armstrong amongst the greats at featherweight, lightweight, and welterweight?
