I wonder how Patterson would do against todays heavyweights. I think he would strugle with the reach that Wlad and Vitali have but against the rest i think he would have done fine. He would beat guys like Povetkin, Solis, Chageav, Haye etc.

Skillwise he beats them all! But that said, not only was he a small heavyweight.....he didn't have the best punch resistance either.

So he might well have struggled against several of the modern heavyweights listed.
