    Henry Armstrong was a sissy weight-jumper

    The guy spent his career winning belts in the bogus "featherweight", "lightweight", and "welterweight" divisions, and avoided fighting in REAL weight classes like Super Bantamweight and Junior Welterweight.

    Big deal if he held the ****** undisputed welterweight championship. Win the WBC Super Lightweight Interim Diamond Title and then we'll talk about him maybe being a top 500 alltime fighter.

      You mean when he became MW champ he didn't have the WBU Intercontinental Title??????? Jesus he was awful!

          He wasn't even ranked by the IBO.

          And he forced all of his opponents to fight at the regular weight class limits insteac of at catchweights.

              What a wimp he was...... no cahunas, Weak puncher, SMALL, easy beat, if he had any guts at all he'd have fought in the Super Middleweight division...... and why did he duck, Buddy Baer, Joe Louis, Max Scheling, Max Baer, Primo Carnera........ he could have at least fought Two Ton Tony Galento and Abe Simon........................... just terrible,.... who is this guy again ???????

                  Just been doing some research, apparently when he fought Barney Ross he didn't even delay the fight ONCE due to demands for OST. And some people put him in top 15 ATG????????

                          Most of my serious threads cannot get replies, even if I post long articles with facts that most don't know about and post a dozen or more good reads, no replies for day's............. ----- As a result I don't feel like being the only one who's serious. So I'm gonna muck about for a while until others get back to normal..----------------------------------------------------------------------------- maybe I'm getting a complex.....
