I've only watched about 5-6 of his fights. So far I've seen:
DLH, Tito, Nelson, Chavez, Mayweather and Rameriz II

Which was the best offensive minded opponent he faced, in your opinion?

I recommend you watch the Hurtado fight, Pea was past prime and it was very exciting.

Chavez but he did not get a whole lot done against Whitaker. Nelson was great also but at lower weights. Trinidad was a force at welterweight because of his size and power but Whitaker was no longer the fighter he used to be by then.

Whitaker's fights with Buddy McGirt and Greg Haugen are worth a watch too.

I felt Nelson did better against Whitaker than Chavez.
