  • Holyfield's best performance after the Bowe trilogy?

Imo it wasn't against Tyson. It was against Moorer in '97. Holyfield simply shimmered in that fight! Great combinations, great precision and ofc he had power. Just the fact that he put Moorer down five times is outstanding, nobody else managed to do that. I hear Moorer had some problems with weight before that, but he looked pretty trim to me.

    Qawi I for me.

The dude was a green contender, with only something like 12 pro fights and he beats a past prime but still very good version of Qawi.

          My mistake, lol

Im thinking maybe the Moorer fight. He also gave a solid account of himself in Lewis II

Moorer was fat and poorly conditioned for their rematch. Definitely the Tyson wins for me.

Could of meant after as in the Bowe trilogy comes first in his top performances what is second. It doesn't say post-Bowe trilogy anywhere, easy to get confused.

But anyway, I'd say the Tyson wins are his best performances post the Bowe fights, not Moorer.

                    I'm with Scott...

Michael Moorer always had trouble taking a punch....and looked kinda tubby in that fight.

I think Tyson took a lot more than Moorer did, and was more dangerous throughout.
