What is it? Where does he rank on an ATG list at his weights? how does he rank h2h at those weights?

Welter I think, was his opponent Tommy Milligan a welter ?, I'm not sure, if that was a MW fight I'm gonna put him in my top 5, cos that Mickey Walker in that fight was incredibly fast but I think that was at WW, please correct me if I'm wrong.

though he fought elite competition at WW, MW, LHW, and HW, he rarely weighed much more than 155-60 lbs

he fought for the world LHW title weighing 150

fought for the HW title at about 169

        he was 5"7"
and had a 67 inch reach (nearly identical dimensions to manny pacquiao)

he was naturally no bigger than a WW in his prime
and he drank like a fish

with a modern schedule and a day prior weigh in he'd certainly be a WW throughout most of his prime
        perhaps even smaller

Your'e right on all counts but he was very strongly built and hard as a rock I don'y see any WW near his class today. I've seen those fights with heavyweights and such and yeah he's a legend.
