Hey BigStereo, I saw where you were retweeted by Steve Kim today. Good job!

Thanks! I just thought that was a funny little thing. What's your name? I'll definitely follow you.

I dont know if Lyle would turn the trick against either Klitschko (by which I mean they would genuinely be intriguing clashes), but I know, were he around today, there would be three, not two, Heavyweights above the remainder of this division.

I'll be glad to PM you the info, but the truth is that I have never posted even ONCE on Twitter. What I do is follow reputable or interesting boxing people (and nobody else) and then use the site as an up to the minute boxing news source.

            Because. They. Aren't. That. Good.

They're made out to be these awesome juggernaughts when the truth is they're dominant SOLELY because the Heavyweight division is at an all-time low. Usually out of some sort of misguided belief that every generation is superior to the previous (a belief usually held by ignorant adolescents). Or the fact that they're white and certain people around will nuthug any fighter if they're white. Or European. Or not American.

Then there are those who grossly overrate them based on soley on the argument that "they're big". I'm sorry, but if someone can't get past size when discussing fighters there's no point in having a conversation with them.

Who wins, Ricardo Lopez or Glen Johnson? Lopez is the much better fighter, right? And size doesn't mean anything, right?

Lyle was a very good fighter just short of being champion-caliber. his best asset probably was his brute strength and his punching power. but once again it wasn't SPECIAL. Along with a good chin and fighting heart.

Ron's boxing ability and movement were good, when he decided to actually use them. Most of the time he opted to brawling when he probably could have outboxed people

No, it certainly doesn't mean everything. I know that. But people try to play it off like it means nothing when it does. It's why Marquez got shutout by Mayweather, a big part of the reason why Arguellon KO'd Olivares...it's something that puts even or near-even fighters over the edge, not something that makes a bad fighter beat a good fighter.

Marquez was also significantly past prime and simply not as good as Mayweather anyway, so size wasn't the only factor. I'm unsure as to why you'd use the Arguello-Olivares fight as an example.
