I think a 1968/69 Frazier has a good chance over Liston then.iston showed considerable signs of slipping when he fought Ali. 5 years later, even with out Ali he'd be much MUCH slower. Young, Hungry Frazier has a good chance.
If Foreman loses interest/Falls into despair in 74/75 like he did against Ali, and he loses the title or retires, what happens to the Championship then?

Frazier would have gotten even less respect, Foreman likely would have ruled the division for far longer. Those are the immediate impacts I could think of.

Liston would have ruled until Frazier beat him. Frazier would rule till Foreman beat him. Foreman would rule till Holmes beat him. Spinks would beat Holmes and everything would be just how it was.
