BTW, met Lennox a bunch of times - he's a regular in Ghana. Cool cat. Little weird.
Well yeah they are embarrassing even though he avenged them, I actually think that Pacquiaos loss to Morales is embarrassing even if he also avenged it, and in the case of Lewis the losses are worse. Also his lack of a career defining win and the Ray Mercer fight make it difficult for me to have him top 10.

He is however a very nice guy and he is very strange, though I cringe at a London born speaking Patois

I think he has very, very good standout wins in Klitschko and Ruddock among others. I don't look down on the Mercer fight. When Ray came in the ring ready and prepared, he was a nightmare for everyone. I thought Lennox fought a great, great fight. Really showed that he could dig in the trenches and go to war if need be. His hand speed and skills were very impressive too.

I feel bad for Lennox in that he didn't exactly have great opponents to match skills with. But almost ten years after he's retired and handed the crown over, the latest king has done little else besides beat Lennox's leftovers, many of whom were/are still relevant.

      And yeah...Lennox needs to stop

Just on an all-time scale Heavyweights get often overrated, I think I'd rank Ali, Louis, Holyfield very high on all-time lists, but I struggle to see how Lennox Lewis is greater than say Felix Trinidad - I'd define them both as borderline greats.

Case in point of LL being overrated, I mean Lamotta won but it should've been a shut-out.

He gets credit from me for the Klitschko fight but not as much as others, I feel it is very much a paradox. Well I wasn't around for the Ruddock fight but I feel it was more of a then and now win, then a huge legacy type win, I mean Ruddock was good at best and had been drilled by Tyson (not claiming Tyson turned him into a vegetable like some do). I think it was more about the impressive fashion than the opponent.

It showed good intangibles, no doubt, I see it as a guy he faced that he doesn't hold a legitimate win over.

He was under-appreciated in his day, I will admit that, I think the absolute abomination that is the heavyweight division has made people severely overrate him, thats just my 2 cents/pence though.

Fair enough on all points, my friend. The Ruddock win to me stands out because, at the time, Ruddock was tabbed by everybody as the man to take over the HW division with Tyson gone. He was a huge fave over Lennox and he got annihilated. But the rest of your post is strong and I think it comes down to opinion, really.

I have Lennox rated #13 all-time at Heavyweight: Not an ATG Heavy but the best of the near-greats. He just has too many negatives (like his chin) cancelling out his positives as a fighter to really crack ATG status in my book. Bear in mind I'm not someone who rates fighters based on Sola Resumea.

Neither me and maybe even less so with heavyweights.

LL is a top 5 ATG HW and would give any HW in history problems

Tyson, Frazier, Marciano, Dempsey all spark him within 5 rounds.

Ali, Johnson, Holmes, beat him widely.

Okay, now that we've heard from a moronic Eurotard lets get back to hearing from posters who actually have something of value to say.
