  • If Foreman fought from (1978-1987)

Lets say George had an epiphany on his 29th birthday and decided to come back to boxing in January of 78'. How do you think his career would pan out?

How does his presence affect the careers of these champs:

    Muhammad ALi
    Leon Spinks
    Larry Holmes
    James Bonecrusher Smith
    Michael Spinks
    Mike Tyson

If he had the religous experience and came back as the more cheerful intelligent fighter, I pick him to beat all of those fighters with Holmes having the best chance.

Ali was far too shot and George would not fall for the Rope-a-dope again.
Spinks would wake up a few days later not knowing what hit him.
Holmes might me mobile enough, but Foreman could follow up a KD unlike old shavers.
Smith doesn't have much chance here either.
Tyson would be up and down all night from that uppercut. Even D amato said so.
Mike Spinks? Foreman would produce a similar effect to that of Tyson.

A fight with Holmes would be nice, honestly i am 50-50 on that people forget how dominate a prime Larry was.

This rumour has been around forever, and I cant find a reliable source to back it up.

A lot like Calzaghe beating Byrd in the amateurs. I wanna believe it, just need proof.

The rumour is that he stopped Byrd in 1992 at middleweight.

Foreman and Holmes would have had at least one amazing fight and would have constantly been competing for the title of best heavyweight in the world. I could see an older Foreman giving young Tyson all he could handle too.
