Who wins this excellent tactical matchup. Both fighter had excellent reflexes. I would have to pick benitez by close decision. I think of the few puches that land cleanly in this fight that benitez punches would have a little more power thats why i pick him

Benitez beats him IMO.

Carlos Ortiz must have done a hell of a job to have drawn with Locche in Argentina.
