He was getting beat the whole night. He landed a flush uppercut on Douglas. Douglas got up, knocked Mike on his ass the following round. Instead of getting right up, Mike insisted looking for his mouth piece which the ref could've got for him. He had no idea what was goin on. If he would've let Mike continue that could've been his last fight ever.

Agree with your post, but Buster was down in the 8th, then KO'd Mike in the 10th, not the 9th.

From the first round to the the last, Buster dominated Tyson with his excellent footwork, superior strength and multi-punch combinations. It wasn't that Buster slowly overtook a sluggish, unfocused Tyson. Buster set the pace from the first bell. He showed amazing energy and speed for a guy his size and Tyson could never really catch up. Tyson apologists like to believe that it was all because Mike wasn't focused, but I honestly believe that Buster would have beaten just about any heavyweight on that night. Watch the fight again; he was that good.

If you notice when Tyson got knocked out the ref counts at the same speed... kinda slow. It's just how to ref counts, Tyson got the same slow count to get up as Buster did.
