Was watching an audience with Ali there now. A question was asked about Liston's gloves blinding him and if he thought something dodgy was going on. He said some Italian gangster from new york offered him a bottle of some liquid to use in the Foreman fight to use if he got in trouble which would temporarily blind Foreman, and that same gangster was working in Liston's corner the night he fought him.
Is this just Ali telling a story or is do you think there truth to this? Who's the gangster he's on about?
