hard to say, simply because Benitez was NOT at his best at 140lbs, and I can see a Benitez-Bruce Curry situation happening with prime Pryor vs unprime teenage Benitez.

You take the 147lb of Benitez and put him agaisnt Pryor, and he wins without trouble.

Let's just assume that you take Benitez at his best and he can make 140 without trouble or they fight at a catchweight. Benitez boxes Pryor into oblivion. Pryor could find Benitez with a hand grenade the way he telegraphs his shots. Easy decision unless Pryor really grinds it out and wears him down to a stoppage. I doubt it, though.

My money is on Aaron Pryor to knock him out late in the fight. I never bet against Hawk Time.

As has been stated, Benitez was not at his best at 140. However, I still would pick him to win by UD at 140. Pryor is vastly overrated IMO.

the best of each fighter at 140lbs . pryor late stoppage or close decision after being behind after the middle rounds but coming on strong against a young benitez and scoring maybe a couple of late kd's to swing the decision his way
