    Best finishers who lacked power?

Who are some killer finishers who didn't have one punch power?

Vitali Klitschko comes to mind. He really doesn't have big power and since his comeback it has faded even more. But he still finished almost every single opponent he has beaten.

Ali was a pretty good finisher but didn't have a killer punch

Jeff Fenech is my first choice.
Julio Cesar Chavez also fits the bill

Fenech, yes. Chavez, not so much. He didn't have one punch stop you power, but he had serious attrition power, especially with his body work. Very heavy handed even if his shots weren't super explosive.

Klitschko is a great pick, though. Can't hit worth a damn but still has what, an 89% KO percentage?

well the topic statement said 'did not have one punch KO power', although yes Chavez was a pretty powerful puncher.
Fenech is a much more accurate choice. best one I can think of.

Vitali, while not as hard a puncher as his record makes him out to be, still hits pretty hard.
never was really a 'finisher' either, he kind of just kept poking you until you fell over or gave up.

That's true, I guess I did misword it. If you have one-punch power you don't need to finish haha. And I haven't really seen too too much of Vitali, but I was never impressed by his power and the KO record seems to speak for itself.

The question is open to interpretation, Hagler?.. I believe (correct me if i'm wrong) he's got the highest stoppage ratio of any champion in middleweight history but not that many 1 punch ko's. But i still regard him as a powerful fighter.

My guess is we're looking for guys who stopped a lot of fighters on their feet so i suppose Larry Holmes fits the bill and so does Mayweather jr. Greg Haugen, Jorge Paez, Ray Mancini, Johnny Tapia, Brian Mitchell, Paul Spadafora, Winky Wright and Camacho are all worth a shout.
