Joe Frazier vs Wlad Klitschko

Some breakfast that was.
I think the key to beating Frazier is uppercuts, Foreman used them well and he had the durability to take Frazier's shots. No matter how good your jab is, I think Frazier always finds a way in side and causes even the best heavyweights problems.
Frazier at times would lead off with the left hook, completely forgetting about the jab and pressured his opponent relentlessly.
I believe Wlad threw some uppercuts against Peter which had an effect, but against someone of Frazier's caliber he cannot risk it. Sometimes Frazier could get wild and miss by a lot with his left hook, could Wlad capitalize with a well timed shot?
Personally I believe Frazier takes Wlad apart quickly. I could see Wlad having some success with the jab early on, but eventually Frazier connects with a large left hook and ends the fight.

Prime frazier wins.
He has the footspeed and headmovement to get past the jab, Wladamir is helpless on the inside, Frazier is one of the most lethal inside fighters in history, factor in Wlads chin issues and you have all the ingredients for a slaughter

I can't say I honestly feel Klitschko is in Frazier's class, nor do I think his substantial size advantage is enough to overcome said class gulf. Frazier's got a lot of attributes which don't bode well for Klitschko.
I see Frazier chopping him down, being honest.

Wladimir is a good fighter who would cause many of the outboxer greats a lot of trouble in my opinion. but Frazier is made all wrong for him.
-Wladimir has no infighting ability. Frazier was one of the best HWs of all time in there.
-Wladimir's stamina is not so good. Frazier put on tons of pressure, was one of the best HW body punchers ever and had a huge amount of stamina.
-Wladimir's chin is better than people give him credit for, but still not the best: its more along the lines of when he gets hit, his strategy goes flying out the window and he goes into defensive mode. Frazier would laugh every time he did that and march in with left hooks to the head and ribs, breaking down Wladimir.
-Wladimir lacks uppercuts. That was Fraziers one weakness as a fighter.
Wladimir offers not too much variation with his punches, the jab and right hand are aimed in the same way every time without much change in angle. Frazier's head movement would make Wladimir miss a lot.
the one thing Wladimir has going for him in this fight is his left hook. one of his best punches although he doesnt use it too often, it has a lot of power.
Wlad's one chance in the fight is to hook off the jab: Frazier would duck below the jab, and possibly get hit by the following left hook when he bobbed back up.
Thats the best case scenario I can give Wladimir.
