Lennox Lewis got gift decisons over Ray Mercer and Holyfield. Lewis was KOed by a Tyson sparring partner Mcall.

Lewis would struggle to beat alot of Tysons opponents.

Lewis defeated everyone he ever faced including TYson, Mccall, Mercer and Holyfeild. They may have gotten some shots in on Lennox, but LL always left with the W, and ultimately got the last laugh.

      F*kd up Tyson KO8

      Crybaby Mccall TKO5

A young mike would be a problem for anyone in any era. He was a vicious two fisted body puncher with power and movements. He had the "alligator death spin-uppercut", he was fast, and unrelenting.

Mike Tyson would be a fantastic janitor of any era, but he'll always lose to an A-class opponent.

And yes I can put down Tysons resume' with no qualms whatsoever. Tucker, Bruno and Ruddock were arguably 3 of the top 5 opponents that Tyson beat.

if Tucker, Bruno & Ruddock were just another days work for Lennox and wouldn't make his top 6 of the best opponents... name for me who you think Lewis Top 6 opponents ahead of those 3 fighters was.

Yes, it's my opinion that title holders such as Patterson, Johannson and Liston could be beat by Mike. The only guys that I think would give Mike a lot of problems is a guy like Ali. He had an iron chin, iron will, and was frustrating to box. Aside from Ali, I think Mike could beat the champions and top contenders of the golden era.

I don't think he would be champ but he would fare better then most boxers from the late 80s on, besides maybe Holyfield. A stronger era when boxing was not such a hidden sport. Forman demonstrated how strong of era it was when he came out of retirment and being a shell of his former self gave many of the boxers in the 90s tough fights or even beat them.

Lets just go head to head with all of these fighters in there Prime.

Tyson vs Frazier-Tyson wins by TKO within' 3 rounds.

Tyson vs Liston-Liston wins 6 out of 10.

Tyson vs Foreman-Foreman wins 7 out of 10

Tyson vs Ali-Styles make fights, and i see a very close fight every time out.I give Ali a 6-4 edge.

I think Tyson wouldn't have much difficulty with Liston and Foreman. Foreman is overrated and I think Tyson could knock him out. He was a big puncher but he lacked the technical skill that Tyson had perfected and lets not even compare them in speed, as Tyson is arguably the fastest, hardest hitting heavy of all time. His handspeed is on par with lightweight guys.

Liston had a good jab and two handed power but again Tyson has the edge in technical boxing skills, movement, speed, footwork, and power.

I like those guys and I know in this section a lot of guys love those fighters but Tyson was a 1 of a kind fighter. He was a phenom, whereas the guys you mentioned above were just great fighters. Tyson had an x factor that made him unique and IMO he could beat any heavy in boxing history when he's at his absolute best.

Ali I think would beat him, but Ali has admitted that he would not be able to beat Mike Tyson. He said Mike would knock him out - "if he could catch me."
