Katsidis vs Graham Earl was a short, back and forth scrap. Morales vs Pacquiao is a fun fight as well. Morales vs virtually anyone is typically a war.
Other great fights include Casamayor-Katsidis, Diaz-Campbell, Vazquez-Gonzalez, and Toney-Jirov.

Casamayor-Katsidis (2008) is quite under-rated, a good shout. It came sandwiched between the high-profile mega-bout which was Pacquiao-Marquez II, & the hotly-anticipated Vazquez-Marquez III showdown, & so kind of fell between the cracks of the spotlight, but this is really a fun fight to watch, & worth anybody's time.

Just about any Katsidis fight won't let you down, matter of fact.
