I like the chances of Bennie Briscoe too get a title with today's Middleweights.

          Harry Wills - Heavyweight today.

Jack Blackburn - Lightweight in any era he could be very succesful rather than the obvious which he would pick up a small title no doubt.

Charley Burley - Middle - Would flourish in any era barring, Greb, Hagler, Monzon eras but, would still do well in them.

Charley Burley could be champion in any era besides his own era cause he couldnt get a shot at the title.

Holman Williams could be champion in any era besides his own era cause he couldnt get a shot at the title.

Eddie Booker could be champion in any besides his own era cause he couldnt get a shot at the title.

Jerry Quarry 1980's or 1990's or now at cruserweight could be champion

Herol Graham could be champion now

Michael Watson could be a champion now

Jimmy Young could be champion now

Rubin Carter could be champion in the 1990's or now

You really think that Cleveland Williams could win today? From what I've seen of him (and it is limited) he was flat-out awful. Good puncher, not a single other talent. From what I've seen.

The Ali fight is not a good one to judge from, he was shot to hell by then. I think he looked pretty good against Liston the first time:

I could see Earnie Shavers winning a CW title today, especially against the less than defensively sound Marco Huck.

That was actually one of the main fights I was judging him by. He did a decent job at first, but then Sonny figured him out and put a whoopin on him.
