The only Spencer fight footage I have seen is the WBA Tournament loss to Jerry Quarry.

Is there more footage of him in action?

His fight against Ernie Terrell used to be youtube, but has since been taken down. Probably his best performance, though it was closer than the scorecards indicate, with both men knocked down.

Or, do we have to hope it pops up again, one day.

It's amazing how Spencer's career just fell and tumbled into nothingness after his loss to Quarry. He just couldn't climb back up the rankings.
