I think Hopkins absolute peak was the trinidad fight and I believe he was 36 years old.

I have to agree with this, and although Hopkins is as about as rare as rockin horse **** on Pluto, he definitely peaked in that fight..

I also agree with Poet with regard to reflexes but if a fighter lives well and trains hard, experience is priceless..

Both Klitschkos, face it, they ****** balls early on. Vitali ****** around the Sanders fight, and Wlad ****** even after the Brewster one. Today however, they are both on top of the world. They have improved monumentously.

Imagine if a poster were to make a similar statement to what Poet spouts in this section about American heavyweights.

Imagine that, mate. That poster will be perma-banned from this section, but because Poet is denigrating European fighters, he gets a free pass?

I belive poets origional point was:

wlads opponets have gotten worse as the years have gone by.

then along comes prinze calling poet a douche wlads an ATG and the conversation has degraded to this simply because instead of aruging that wlads lvl of opposition has either improved or stayed the same some one felt the need to toss around insults.
