on his best night though it's roberto duran hands down if we're talking about his entire career (more importantly early in his career/ his accomplishments at lightweight)

i'd say that pacquiao will probably be ranked as high if not higher than anybody on that list when it is all said and done, simply because he's a natural 135 or 140 lber

and he's so good an ATG natural WW (floyd) would litterally ratherr go to jail than fight him for 45 million dollars

Pac shouldn't be given to much credit for multiple weight class wins seeing he just moved up as he grew so he could compete. He didn't purposly put weight on it was all natural.

Pacquiao is soo good he blew a chance to make 60+ million over a few random blood tests.

He twice, blew his shot to fight a bonafide ATG around his weightclass, in Mayweather.

He still moved up in weight, regardless if it was the natural progression & growth of his body, he should be given credit for his jump in weightclasses.
