    Cotto has had a mediocre amateur career I believe

    he has avenged some AM losses when he turned pro...

      I heard andrade had an AM record of 3-17 something like that,which is pretty terrible,and i know he isnt a great fighter but hes in the top 10 of a hot division

        Actually Cotto was quite the amatuer.

        Winning numerous PR National Titles, Panamerican Championship, 2nd place at Junior World Championships, and also representing PR at the World Champions & Olympic Games, do he didn't have the best of success at them competitions especailly for someone his standard.

                Eddie Machen only had 3 amateur fights (I haven't checked how they went down)

                I know we're not talking about the length of the AM carreers, but becoming a pro as good as he was is quite a feature with so little AM experience
