Wilfredo Vasquez Sr is a lock HOFer. Incredible career.

Billy Smith=No, although some amazing wins.
Eddie Booker=Not for me. Is very good though.
Willie Meehan=No
Quarry=No
Shavers=No
Vasquez=Yes
Lytell=Did some great stuff, but to me he got his best opponents at the end of their careers.
Chase=No
Cocoa=funny one. I'd probably say yes. He just beat so many good and great fighters and fought so long and so many times. Should have been a world champ probably. Hard to tell how many decisions went against him based on colour
Valdes=No
Villemain=like most guys here, he lost his biggest fights but also won some amazing fights too. Hard. He lost to Robinson, Sands and and Lamotta among a couple of others but also beat Jose Basora, Jake Lamotta, Laurent Dauthille...Probably not.
Hamed=Yes, much as I hate him.
Cooper=no
Davis=no

Yeah, I really struggled over the choice of Booker and Cocoa. They did beat a lot of amazing fighters, and you do have to wonder how much racism played a part in things...

I might have to have a look over their careers properly. Make a more informed decision.

coca and booker are a lock, they both beat alot of great fighters and would of been world champions, if boxing would not of been ruled by the mob
