            This is true however it was the 2nd round

            i think the guy was named Al evans, he was just too mature for Mike at the time -

                yeah he got destroyed and he quit on his stool round 2, he ran out of the ring crying. He was only like 16 or 17 though.

                  mike was stopped as an amateur, alot of fighters have. dont know if it was the first round though.

                    I've been doing a bit of research on this one:

                    It appears that other than the two decision losses to Tilman, Tyson also lost the following:

                    Ernie Bennett: 1981 loss.
                    Al Evans: 1982 3rd round stoppage (Mike apparently dropped 3 times).
                    Kimmuel Odom: 1983 2nd round DQ loss.
                    Craig Payne: 1983 3 round decision.

                    I gather that Peter Heller's book 'Bad Intentions' gives more detail into these losses.
