Pretty funny, but all joking aside, but by the time Graham was ready Hagler was waiting for Leonard. The WBA title was not vacant til Leonard beat Hagler and the vacant title was contested by Kalambay(who just beat Graham) and Iran Barkley 6 months after Hagler lost to Leonard.
The notice by the WBA was issued 20 days before the bout with Leonard was sceduled which was already decided to be for only the WBC belt due to their 12 round distance which Leonard prefered. The WBA still had the 15 round limit and a condition of the contract agreement between Hagler and Leonard was the new 12 round distance the WBC had, as wanted by Leonard.

No such reports of Hagler using drugs or any issues with his wife were reported until several months after Hagler's fight with Leonard.Hagler himself emerged from his own self-imposed exile to deny such claims.

Produce one bit of proof via link or article that Hagler did any drugs before April of 1987(his last fight)
