A few of the mentioned fighters, I would put ATG status on, being mentioned. Like Barrera. Anyway, I would say Glen Johnson is up toward the top of the list for me. Miguel Cotto, Max Baer also. All very different personalities, but something about all three that I find endearing. Max being the warmest of them. It's hard to believe how devastating he could be when you see how much of a complete goofball he is, although he could be both at the same time. On his dying day, he reportedly phoned the hotel desk from his room, having chest pains and the guy said they'd send the house doctor right away, and Max said "No dummy, I need a people doctor."

Jamie Moore is my favourite fighter who falls short of great, also Emanuel Augustus and Mickey Ward

Guys like Gatti, Corrales and Hatton can be considered great. Not ATG's but great imo

Kennedy McKinney. Offensive maestro, very pretty style with excellent power and a really pesky jab. Had heart for days, too. Underrated fighter, in my book, only because it seems like nobody remembers him.
