I believe Hagler would beat Jones at middleweight personally.
Hagler was an amazing ring tactician who was an expert at cutting off the ring, in my opinion he would make Roy Jones' speed redundant pressure him all night, wear him down then pounce in the 11th for a TKO.

The Hagler that fought Hearns might take him out... actually, it's quite likely.

The Hagler that fought Leonard might lose..

Hagler that fought Leonard was past his prime.
Did you see him in the Mugabe fight before it, got hit way to much the fact that he had heart and grit probably helped him more than anyhting in that fight.

SRR was the greatest fighter ever to fight at middleweight, but basing my list solely on middleweight accomplishments:

              1. Harry Greb
              2. Carlos Monzon
              3. Sugar Ray Robinson
              4. **** Tiger
              5. Marvin Hagler

                      1. Sugar ray robinson
                      2. Marvin hagler
                      3. Carlos monzon
                      4. Mercel cerdan

cerdan seems forgotten by everyone he was a tremendous fighter and puncher and should be remembered better than he is i think he only lost a few fights in over a hundred contests
