Poor vid....To many starts and stopping.

It is on stop more than running vid.

I know Liston would destroy Terrell in a real fight.

Yes definitely two guys having some light sparring, some nice head movement from Liston there.

I agree that prime (or for that matter post prime) Liston would beat Terrell.

Its hard to date that footage, my first thought was 1966, however Earnie looked much thicker set when he met Ali in 1967. Maybe 1963 or shortly after the Ali loss in 1964?

7th November 1961 apparently, well assuming they only fought the one exibition.

Nice find...Thanks for guys like you on this forum.

I would have loved to see a real fight between these two.Liston by KO within' 5 rounds imo.

Ah! Nice one GJC. If I had come to see the 'monster Sonny Liston' in 1961 and had paid to watch that I think I'd feel a bit disappointed.

For the record that's a prime Liston vs a green Terrell that couldn't even Wayne Bethea.

Had they met when Ali met Liston, Terrell wins.
