Cyber boxing zone is pretty good for that, its not always got the complete amateur record tho. Maybe just a google search will work.

There is a wikified part in boxrec also where you can find some amateur results ,
there used to be a spanish part of geocities which had many more , but geocities is gone.
Why no one kept those records ?
