      If you were somehow able to get Witherspoon and Tyson to both fight prime for prime I'd favor Witherspoon to win on a close UD, but given that Witherspoon's effort varied so much fight to fight I have a hard time picking him even though I think he has a good skill set to trouble Tyson. So unless I was physic and could guarantee that 'Spoon was going to give it his best I'd favor the more reliable Tyson to win by UD in most cases.
