Oscar is top 100 in my opinion...sick ass resume, never ducked anybody and fought the best all the way to hi last fight against the P4P King and fighter of the decade.

Fought all, and most of his top lost fights can be discuseed if they went the right or wrong way. So yes, he's an ATG.

Yes oscar is a all time great, he was a 6 weight title holder, was the ring magazine number 1 pound 4 pound fighter for a brief spell, and he has a great resume with wins over chavez, whitaker, gatti, vargas, ruelas, camacho, mayorga, jorge paez and genaro hernandez. In my 100 greatest fighters list oscar would be in the 90 to 100 range
